Russian artillery and airstrikes are pounding cities, towns, and villages of the Donbas. In Severodonetsk, Luhansk Oblast, Russian shelling today killed 12 people and wounded more than 40, according to Serhiy Hayday, head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
