Four Russian missiles hit Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast, in past 24 hours. According to Donetsk Oblast Governor Pavlo Kyrylenko, the city of Bakhmut has been under constant airstrikes. Kyrylenko reports significant destruction of civilian infrastructure in the city.
