Portugal will provide up to 250 million euros of financial support to Ukraine. The memorandum on this issue was signed in Kyiv on May 21 by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal and his Portuguese counterpart @AntonioCostaPM
. First 100 million euros is expected in 2022.
