A member of the Russian delegation to the negotiations with Ukraine, Leonid Slutsky, stated that Moscow intends to examine the possibility of exchanging Viktor Medvedchuk, a pro-Russian MP detained in Ukraine, for the defenders evacuated from Azovstal in Mariupol.
