Russian occupation forces abducted Iryna Horobtsova on her birthday. She is a resident of temporarily occupied city of Kherson and was actively expressing her pro-Ukrainian position. This was announced by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Lyudmyla Denisova.
