Law enforcers in absentia served a notice of suspicion to a citizen of Ukraine, whom Russians appointed to lead the so-called People's Police of Berdyansk in Zaporizhzhia region. According to investigation, he provided occupiers with info about locals, incl. Donbas war veterans.
