Roughly 200 decomposing bodies of killed civilians were found under the rubble of a Mariupol high-rise, according to Mayor Andriushchenko. For official free burial, people must record a video claiming the Ukrainian Army killed their relatives, not Russia. Bodies are piling up in the streets.
