11/ Azovstal. After 86 days of resistance, Ukrainian forces surrendered to Russian forces at the Azovstal steel plant following orders from the Ukrainian government. Although these troops are meant to be part of a prisoner exchange, it is unclear whether Russia will honor that commitment.
