Illegal passportization in Kherson and Zaporizhzhia, as well as in Crimea and the temporarily occupied part of Donetsk and Luhansk oblasts, is a gross violation of Ukraine’s sovereignty and territorial integrity, norms and principles of int’l humanitarian law.
