Former Constitutional Court head declared wanted after allegedly illegally leaving Ukraine. The Prosecutor General's Office suspects that Oleksandr Tupytsky, ex-chairman of the Constitutional Court, illegally crossed the Ukrainian border on March 17 and is now in Austria.
