Ukraine launched a counteroffensive in Kherson Oblast, according to Kherson regional council deputy Sergei Khlan. He said Ukraine advanced 9 km toward Beryslav and that Russia retreated to less favorable positions. Khlan noted this probably refers to the Davydiv Brid region. (Source: Telegram link)
