Russian shelling of Balakliia (Kharkiv Oblast) on June 3 injured 8 civilians, including an 11-year-old child. Two more people were injured in Kharkiv due to shelling on the city outskirts, according to Oleh Syniehubov, Head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration.
