Luxembourg has frozen almost €4.3 billion related to Russian companies and individuals amid Russia's invasion of Ukraine, reports @RTLlu. The sanctions targeted 90 individuals and about 1,100 legal entities. Restrictions apply to both funds in bank accounts and property.
