In the city of Lysychansk in the Luhansk Oblast, traitors 'leaked' information about the Armed Forces to the Russians directly from humanitarian headquarters over the Internet. More than 50 people may be involved, according to Serhiy Hayday, head of the Luhansk Regional State Administration.
