In Luhansk Oblast, Russian occupation forces continue to attack Sievierodonetsk. The enemy is destroying high-rise buildings and industrial facilities with artillery, according to regional governor Serhiy Hayday. The occupiers are deliberately targeting facilities of the Azot plant and Skloplastyk company.
