Macron, Scholz and Draghi arrive in Kyiv and are immediately greeted by air raid sirens. They will visit Irpin, the suburb northwest of Kyiv where Russian invaders destroyed buildings, tortured and killed civilians during weeks of occupation before Ukrainian forces reclaimed it.
