Having watched Putin's speech and Q&A, can say there was nothing new, at least not for Ukrainians.
Resume: the war against Ukraine will go on as long as Russia has weapons and manpower.
Sanctions are starting to bite, as Putin'd been trying too hard to underestimate their effect.
