Russia's Interfax quoted a statement by the "LPR" people's militia that Ukrainian defenders were allegedly being taken prisoner at the Azot plant in Severodonetsk. At the same time, the head of the Luhansk administration Serhiy Hayday denied this claim in a comment to hromadske.
