Russian troops have set up at least 20 filtration camps and prisons in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, as stated by Ukraine's Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, Yevhen Tsymbaliuk, during a meeting of the OSCE Permanent Council.
