The Ukrainian Naval Forces struck the Russian Black Sea Fleet tug "Vasily Bekh". The boat was transporting ammunition, weapons and personnel to the occupied Snake Island, Ukraine's navy reported. They also note that the vessel had an anti-aircraft missile system "TOR" on board.
