European Union has approved another 9 billion euros to help Ukraine, Polish PM @MorawieckiM announced after a meeting of EU leaders in Brussels. "Ukraine is a state at war, it has nothing to pay for many public services with, so we have approved 9 billion euros in aid," he said.
