The shopping center in Kremenchuk was hit by Russian Kh-22 missiles launched from Tu-22M3 long-range bombers. The bombers took off from the Shaykovka airbase in Kaluga Oblast, while the launches were carried out from Kursk Oblast, according to the Air Force Command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
