Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov commented on missile attacks in the Odesa region. As predicted, he said that the armed forces do not attack civilian targets in Ukraine. Nineteen locals died, including an 11-year-old boy. A residential building and a recreation centre were destroyed.
