Ambassador of Ukraine to Germany Andrij Melnyk, in an interview with German journalists, answered a question about Ukrainian nationalist Stepan Bandera. His response, however, upset Polish politicians, prompting the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry to issue a statement clarifying the remarks.
