State agency @energoatom_ua has explained that they are currently unable to provide data on the current state of affairs at the Zaporizhzhya NPP to IAEA due to the disconnected Vodafone mobile carrier in the city of Enerhodar, Energoatom head Petro Kotin said during telethon.
