U.K. PM @BorisJohnson has become an honorary citizen of #Odesa, receiving the Order of Honor named after Grigorios Maraslis of the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd degrees. The city's mayor Gennady Trukhanov emphasized that Johnson received the title for helping the city during the war.
