The President of the Senate, Z. Larue, paid tribute to the memory of the victims of Communist totalitarianism at the Bivkivnya Memorial in Kyiv. There lie 70,000 victims of Stalinist terror of 1937–38, as well as 3,600 Poles of the Katyn massacre carried out by the Soviet regime in 1940. #Katyn
