Resumption of Danube–Black Sea navigation via Bystre after Zmiinyi liberation

After the liberation of Zmiinyi (Snake) Island, Ukraine resumes navigation on the Danube–Black Sea canal. Ships transporting produce can now use the Bystre Canal to access Danube ports, according to Ukraine's administration of seaports. Currently, ships are congested near Sulina.
