In Russian military units stationed near the state border with Ukraine, the occupiers disable equipment to avoid going to war, according to @DI_Ukraine. For example, allegedly, servicemen of the 103rd Motorized Rifle Regiment dismantled and disabled 17 BTR-82A APCs and 9 K1Sh1 vehicles.
