On the evening of July 9, Russian occupying forces shelled a five-story building in Chasovyi Yar, Donetsk Oblast, with Uragan rocket launchers. The bodies of six dead people and five wounded have already been recovered from the rubble. Around 30 may remain there, according to the regional governor.
