As of 1:55 p.m. Kyiv time, the death toll from shelling of a residential building in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk Oblast, has risen to 24, according to the State Emergency Service. At the same time, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced that it had "destroyed the nationalists."
