The Coordination Headquarters for the Treatment of Prisoners of War reports that, as part of a special operation conducted by the Ukrainian Defense Ministry’s Special Operations Forces in temporarily occupied parts of the Kherson region, five Ukrainian citizens held captive by Russian occupiers have been freed.
