Update: Death toll in Chasiv Yar rises to 35. The death toll after a Russian missile strike on a five-story apartment building in Chasiv Yar, Donetsk Oblast, reached 35 people, including one child. Nine people were rescued, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported.
