If we add 300km-range HIMARS ATACMS to the equation following a potential liberation of the Melitopol area, we get a completely new scenario. This blue 300km circle would cover both Sevastopol and Novorossiysk, the two Russian military naval bases in the Black Sea region. It would also bring the Kerch Bridge within range.
