Police report that 4 bodies remain unidentified and 8 people are still missing following the missile strike on Vinnytsia. Head of the National Police of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko stated that 19 of the 23 recovered bodies have been identified, including a 4-year-old girl and two boys aged 7 and 8.
