On July 15, Russia launched 10 missiles at Mykolaiv. Russian forces attacked two universities in the southern city, according to Mykolaiv Oblast Governor Vitaliy Kim. Mykolaiv Mayor Oleksandr Sienkevych reported that at least two people were injured.
