Ukrainian police have identified 17 members of the so-called 'DNR' accused of torturing Ukrainian prisoners of war, despite their faces being covered and names never being used during the crimes. Former prisoners reported that the torturers buried people alive, staged mock executions, used electrocution, and threatened to harm the families of victims, including wives and children.
