These are all legit reasons. But no. Ukraine won't bend to Russia's demands no matter what happens with/in the West.
The ceasefire's going to happen the other way round. It's Kyiv who'll be setting conditions, not Moscow. Kremlin knows it and bombs UA cities to raise its stakes.
