The death toll of the Russian rocket strike in Vinnytsia rose again—to 26 people. A 20-year-old Olga Lysenko died in hospital. 98% of her skin was burned. She was on her way home from the dentist when the rocket hit. We need air defense systems. Then we can stop these tragic deaths.
