Ok, so it's possible the reason is a GSUA mention a few weeks ago of a ru attack from Pot'omkyne in the direction of Vysokopillya. Since I'm a bit conservative, I marked it as contested. I have kept it as contested since then. Some people took it as confirmations of liberation.
