Ukrainian authorities say Russia launched 13 missiles this morning at Kropyvnytskyi, 4 hours south of Kyiv, striking a military airfield and a railway facility. 3 people killed, a soldier and 2 police; 13 people were wounded. Friend in the city told me sky was filled with smoke.
