Luxembourg will name the new №3/N40 national road 'Boulevard de Kyiv', opting for the Ukrainian spelling of Ukraine's capital instead of the initially chosen 'Kiev'. According to Zelenskyy, Luxembourg allocated 15% of its defense spending to Ukraine this year.
