Russia continues to violate the agreement on grain exports from Ukraine. Early this morning Russia launched 13 rockets at the Odesa region. They mostly struck a railroad bridge in Zatoka near Odesa. This bridge is used to transport grain to smaller ports of Ismail and Reni.
