Prosecutors of Poltava Oblast confiscated 11 tanks, 2 APCs, & 4 RPGs from locals after Feb 24. At the same time, the level of crimes in the Oblast dropped by 35%. Russian army didn't enter Poltava Oblast but left a lot of equipment in neighboring regions. https://
