It appears Russia has conducted a false flag operation and shelled its own facility where it keeps Ukrainian prisoners of war. Also, yesterday Russia released a video of torture of a Ukrainian prisoner. A soldier is castrated by a stationary knife. Don’t google to avoid trauma.
