Some Ukrainians angrily react to Amnesty's conclusion UA army tactics endanger lives of civilians.
To them, it is a frustrating invitation for the RU troops to occupy more of Ukraine and allow them create a new Mariupol. Amnesty says UA army could fire from unpopulated locations
