On 04.08. at 10.50 a.m. an artillery strike was launched against Toretsk, Bakhmut district, Donetsk region preliminary casualties were 12 people:
– 8 people killed (7 civilians and 1 police officer)
– 4 civilians wounded (including 3 children) Scoundrels kill civilians again
