A car belonging to Russian occupation authorities was fired upon in the occupied village of Bilovodsk in Luhansk Oblast. The 'mayor' and his 'deputy' were injured. This was likely the work of the partisan movement, according to Serhii Haidai, Head of Luhansk Regional Military Administration.
