Sumy Oblast Governor Dmytro Zhyvytskyi reported that Russian forces carried out 15 attacks on communities in the region on August 13, including Shalyhyne, Khotin, Esman, Bilopillia, Znob-Novhorodske, Novoslobidske, Buryn, and Velyka Pysarivka, with no casualties reported.
