Germany (DEU) should be the Leader of Europe. But to become a "normal" European Leader w/in EU and NATO, DEU needs for UKR to defeat the Kremlin and for DEU to be seen as having contributed significantly to UKR success. Otherwise, Kremlin and rest of Europe will not respect DEU.
